Head to Basics or Self-defence to get your fundamental strikes on lock. Keen to get in there and work some drills? Book in a Muay Thai or Boxing class. Ready to rumble in the ring? Roll up to Sparring to put your skills to the test. Prefer a quick sweat up before work or on your lunch break? Boxfit and Kickfit are short sharp workouts that never compromise on technique. basics

We teach you the fundamental stance, strikes and footwork required to fight in boxing or muay thai. We’ll break down each movement into easy to learn steps to make it easy. We recommend a month of these classes if you’re new to combat sport. You’ll walk out throwing right-hooks, jabs and roundhouse kicks in no time.

Muay Thai pads

Got the basics down? Time to put everything you’ve learned into action. We’ll partner you up with pads and take you through a series of drills to test out your technique. We will teach you about range, offence and defence to sharpen your fight game. Try this class after you’ve been to basics and for a month before sparring.

WRESTLING

Step onto the mats and discover the art of control, leverage and power in our wrestling class. Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, this class focuses on teaching fundamentals, takedowns, escapes, along with advances strategies for live grappling. Our experienced coach, Hunny Tehlan, who is a multiple NZ and international champion, will guide you through dynamic drills and partner work to build strength, agility and mental toughness, all while emphasizing proper technique and safety.

WOMEN’S ONLY CLASSES

Not ready to attend the regular classes? We got you covered. Women’s only classes are specialized sessions designed to create a supportive, empowering and comfortable environment exclusively for women. These classes are led by our female coaches who tailor their approach to address the unique goals of women, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all participants.

flow sparring

Time to drop the pads and get ready to fight. In this class, you’ll practice your offence, defence and range in real-time. You will need to think on your feet to select the right technique at the right time. We’ll take you through drills to get you started. We’re not here to brawl, this class is technique focused and delivered in a controlled environment, guided by your coach.

green gloves

Get ready for old-school boxing training. Your class will be delivered under the guidance of our Head Boxing Coach, Pele Lefifi who is a former Heavyweight champion that has produced many champions himself. As a WTA member you get access to both ours and Green Gloves Boxing classes. We all win round here.

YOGA

Our yoga class offers a holistic approach to well- being through a blend of physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation. Suitable for all levels, these sessions enhances flexibility, strength and relaxation. Guided by our Yoga teacher, Satya, every class promotes mindfulness, body awareness and stress reduction, fostering overall health and inner peace.
