👊🏿 HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE DO I NEED TO DO A FREE TRIAL OR JOIN WTA?

You don’t need any experience at all. That’s what we’re here for! All you need to do is show up as you are. Whether this is the first time you’ve ever set foot in a gym, you’ve got basic experience on the bags or a clean fight record, there’s a place for you here in our whānau.

👊🏿 I HAVEN'T BEEN ACTIVE FOR AWHILE, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

Yes, we’ll work with you as you are. Free trials are zero-contact and at your pace. We don’t expect you to roll up with any skills or to be quick at picking up the drills. All we ask is that you show up to class with a good attitude. We’ll help you build the basic skills, get a good workout in while learning real fight technique.

👊🏿 WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FREE TRIAL?

If you’ve got wraps and gloves, bring them along. But, don’t stress if you haven’t got any. You’re welcome to borrow some of ours. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, bring your drink bottle and a sweat towel.

👊🏿 DO YOU HAVE CLASSES TO ACCOMODATE BEGINNERS?

Yes, once you sign up, we’ll show you which classes are best to take. We’ve got an entire suite of no-contact or pads only classes to help you build your skill set up.

👊🏿 I'M HERE TO FIGHT, HOW SOON CAN I HIT THE RING?

Once you’ve signed up, get your name on the list for the WARRIOR Fight WOF which is your ticket to the ring. We’ll need to see a couple months training from you before you’ll be accepted to the WOF. We suggest coming along for the trial and chatting to us in-house about your plans.

  • We’ll keep you fighting fit with Boxfit, Kickfit and basics classes. No rinse-repeat bag smashing sessions around here. It’s all technique, skill and fitness. While you’re here, level-up your game with a Fight Camp. Consider this your 6-week, explosive fitness camp that will see you fitter, sharper and lighter too.

  • We roll in the art of Krav Maga which is a world renowned self-defence discipline. Expect to learn how to disarm an attacker in less than three seconds. We’ll teach you how to defend yourself on the ground, against a wall, cornered, from weapons and more. You can level up by attending self-defence seminars including those for wxmen only.

  • Roll with the punches in our sparring and pads classes where we’ll refine your skills and get your ring ready. Train with a coaching team that bring 40+ years experience that have builT champions. We’ll train you from the inside-out with mental performance coaching and physical training. Complete the Fight WOF to join our fight team.
